Information we collect
When you request a quotation or contact Yeeparts, we collect the business contact details and sourcing requirements you provide, including your name, company, email, phone number, country, requested products, quantities and message.
Submission security information
To prevent spam and diagnose submission problems, we record the request time and ID, IP address and forwarding-header source, browser User-Agent and basic browser hints, browser language, page and referrer without URL query parameters, and optional time zone and viewport. We also record verification outcomes and risk reasons. Browser-provided values may be inaccurate. We do not collect precise GPS location, browser fingerprints, passwords or verification tokens in these records. Suspicious submissions may be held for staff review instead of triggering automated notifications.
Security record retention
Access to raw submission diagnostics is restricted to administrators. Our retention schedule is 90 days for inquiry diagnostics and 30 days for submission security events; business inquiry records have a separate retention period. Expired diagnostics are removed by our scheduled maintenance process. Backups follow their own expiry schedule.
How we use information
We use this information to review part numbers, prepare quotations, communicate about sourcing requests, prevent abuse, operate the website and improve our B2B services. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and transfers
Information may be processed by hosting, database, email, monitoring and communication providers that support the service. Because Yeeparts serves international buyers, data may be processed outside your country with reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for quotation history, customer service, legal obligations and fraud prevention. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected with administrative and technical controls.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your business contact information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements, by contacting sales@yeeparts.com.
